Greenwood Lake residents demand more humane control of geese

As many of you know, this summer, the greenwood lake commission  paid the USDA about $20,000 to ambush the Canadian geese on our town beach while the were molting (unable to fly) they were literal sitting ducks while they were rounded up with their babies and life mates to be killed. Some of the babies were killed right there. Their necks were broken in front of bystanders. The rest were stuffed into containers and eventually gassed to death..
