good education for poor/ improve government schools in India

All government schools in India are in pathetic state. For studies in private school. People have to shell out a bomb. Poor people have been deprived of quality education. The people are being looted by private institutions in India. Government schools does not have any basic infrastructure. This is happening because. All private institutions are owned by politicians and officials. They dont want to improve the government schools.
We need to introduce english medium schools under government schools.
