Changing the 85 percent to 65 percent..

My son like alot of young people these days got hooked on drugs and got into some serious trouble. First he caused a very serious accident, which almost cost him his life with being burned over 65 percent of face and body. Got charged with aggravated assault by auto. The surgery's got him hooked on drugs. Not thinking straight and got himself in to more trouble with conspiracy to robbery. Signed up for drug court and was doing good and was sent to a drug program and left the program and had to take his alternative sentence which was 6 yrs at 85 percent for leaving a program. I'm confused and concerned about this situation because other people that would have the same charges and got a flat 6 yrs could be out in 2-3 yrs my son has to do 5 yrs and 1 month. This is wrong and needs to be changed. Please help me change this law to 65 percent please. Help me change this law.
