Harold W. Scism is loved and missed by his family and friends.
He is an asset to his family, friends, community and society. He does not have a criminal past and was a voting member of society.
He loves nature, building ponds, creating butterfly and hummingbird gardens and landscaping.
He spent years babysitting and helped raise his nieces and nephews that are now grown and they want him in their lives. There is so much love and positive memories shared by his family and friends. Please help bring Harry home!
There was no evidence nor DNA evidence. A lack of investigative work plus a conviction at any cost prosecutor whom was seeking career advancement. The prosecutor has since been promoted to judge by Governor Rick Scott.
