Demand to End, Shutdown the Yulin Festival forever!

Please tell, advise, encourage the China Prime Minister to "Shutdown the Yulin Festival forever; Prosecute & File Felony charges against Proprietors & men, lock them up for Death penalty or Life sentence"; for being inhumane, egregious, cruelest, idiot, wicked, to all 4 legged animals. They're like human being with sense of danger, need food, clothing, shelter, tender, love & care; they're harmless, voiceless, defenseless.
