Demand that anyone dealing fentanyl be charged with premeditated murder and an act of terrorism.

Everyone knows that street fentanyl is deadly to anyone who ingests it. The dealers know fentanyl has a high potential for death, but continue lacing other illicit narcotics with it for a higher financial gain.

The goal of this petition is to charge the dealers with the crime they are guilty of, which is premeditated murder and an act of terrorism, due to the ability they have in reaching many people through illicit activity.

Without the appropriate charges, the dealers will continue to taint other illicit drugs with fentanyl and carfentynal. What will stop them from tainting other products for ingestion by the general public?

I have seen too many youth die while believing they are using another narcotic, only to discover it has been tainted with fentanyl, causing a major rise in overdoses and deaths. It is a huge cost to the taxpayers to resuscitate the victims and creates a panic in the community, which leads most to confusion on how to resolve the ever increasing rise in the number of overdoses and deaths.
