Reduce speeding on St. James GC streets

St. James Golf Course has a limited number of streets with sidewalks.  There are many children walking to and from school and playing in the streets;  a significant number of individuals walking and riding bicycles, and numerous visitors, delivery and maintenance vehicles using our streets.  There are several long stretches of streets that are being used to speed above the posted 15 MPH speed limit by a variety of individuals.  Because of curves and number of individuals in the streets, there is a great potential for someone to be injured or vehicle damage.
