Demolish the floodchannel bridge off Elizondo ave and Sycamore

This bridge has attracted a lot of crime and trouble making people for the residents of Elizondo Ave. We've suffered thefts, tempted break ins, and vandalism. We want the bridge to be demolished or closed off permanently to stop unwanted people from crossing it on both sides into each of the cul-de-sacs of Elizondo ave.
