Demand alderman Crawford support a shelter at Immanuel Baptist Church.

Fortitude Community Outreach wants to setup a PADS shelter at Immanuel Baptist Church in Kankakee. A special permit is needed in order to do so, but alderman David Crawford opposes the shelter.
