Research tells us that stress is reduced and many health conditions improved when we spend time living in the moment (and not focused on the past or future).
One way of doing this is to spend five minutes a day focused on the sights, sounds, smells, textures and/or tastes we are experiencing or are around us.
Pledge to spend at least five minutes a day "smelling the roses," either literally or figuratively, focused on the here and now experience.
