outlaw trolling and griefing worldwide

now griefing and trolling has become so bad that these people in their basements are doxxing and swatting. their main targets now are streamers but they choose at random based on what they think will be funny or will get some attention while they laugh. this action not only puts peoples credits in danger their lives in danger cause one i have seen calling his victim as he doxxed a zoophile went as far as going for a hit. these people need to be put in prison worldwide so i propose that we push as a people to have the governments worldwide push in federal laws and other laws to get these types of people off the streets and away from computers and once they are out banning them from email video sites and social media or phones. we also need to setup a registry to protect music streamers content creators builders scripters game creators live streamers AND others that work within the community and contribute as creatives within that community or are classed as any form of live streamer online as if they go viral chances are they are a target for the keyboard warriors looking for a laugh.
