End the Towing/Impound Contract with J&T Crova

J&T Crova Towing is robbing customers by charging unfair charges for towing services. By being the main police contact for tows and impounded, they have created a monopoly in which they take advantage of customers. They’re extremely rude and will use intimidation to get their way. Citizens and visitors of Belleville have the right to be treated fairly and with dignity.
