Demand that the Deck at 559 Kristy Court be allowed to remain in its current condition

The HOA board is demanding that I tear down the deck and put i back to its original condition. They claim in the court documents they filed that the deck does not conform to the theme of the surrounding decks, that it is bringing down the property value, that it was built into the common area, and that it is the fiduciary responsibility of the HOA board to ensure that every homeowner conforms to the same deck size and appearance.
