To get the Govement to honour its promise to allow pensioners to cash in their small Annuities

A huge number of Pensioners have small Annuities that pay very small monthly pensions it would make a huge difference financially to many of those people if they could be cashed in I and thousands of others were counting on the Government to honour its promise to us to allow these Annuities to be cashed in and were overjoyed when the Government first announced its intentions
How could they change their minds its Disgraceful the Insurance companies can well afford to allow it and it was only their lobbying that changed the Governments mind why? If the British people can vote to leave the EU we can get this betrayal changed
