south shields concial to make an path for wheelchair use on the beach

I am trying to get as many people to sign this to get a path made onto shields beach for people that use wheelchairs so they have access to the sea front again as I think it's un fair that they can't really have easy access to these services as everyone knows it's hard to pull a child's pushchair along the beach never mind a wheelchair so please am begging you if you have a heart sign this today and hopefully the concial will read this and make planning to get a path made from the top of the beach on the sand to the water
