We Demand that HR 2997 be voted NO it its totality

The currently proposed HR 2997 to hand off Air Traffic Control to a "civilian board " to manage the System will not improve our "best in the world" process and will, through time, will eliminate General Aviation in the United States, much like "Privatized" ATC has in Europe..
The major stated reason for this travesty is to establish a predictable funding for this critical service. This could be handled some other way. It appears that those in Congress that favor this bill wish to abdicate their recurring fiscal responsibility and hand it to a board who only answers to the Secretary of Transportation, a political position.

We all want and need a predictable funded system. Handing billions of assets off to a self serving board is NOT the answer. Please vote "NO" when this bill comes up for a vote.
