Unsatisfactory of teaching and its his methods

This professor Matthew pszeniczny had made a comment about 3 question per class which is not right if you want to learn and get something you must ask question. He makes us students feel like we cant ask question in his class. As well he didn't proved a syllabus to proved rules and guideline for class. He refused to let in students when there late but yet never went over any polices in class about attendance or about guideline in the class. As well once he left the class didn't give any instruction for 5 min then came back yelled at class why they are talking when clearly he didn't give any instruction to start the lab assignment. He get red in the face showing annoyance when you ask question makes us feel not to brother. As well he didn't give good instruction for the lab or the homework assignment for the class
