I demand that animal abusers pay for their crimes

I want to see more free vet care for animals
I no two dogs that are good and healthy but at the same time has got some medical issues
The dogs are very happy, almost 13yrs old
I want to see these dogs get the proper vet care for free
Not everybody can afford those sky high prices and I’m one of them
