Restrict snapchat to watershed time

Too many young people are constantly getting unlimited abuse on snapchat and this is leading to depression and even suicide. This is 24-7, and the impact on young people being able to send anything at anytime is destroying their wellbeing. If it closed down at a watershed time then this could help in saving young people from catastrophe. I'm sure ww all agree that young peoples wellbeing is paramount.
