We really need a non-profit PATH International Therapeutic Horseback Riding Center closer to Santa Monica, CA! All the therapeutic horseback riding centers are in the San Fernando Valley or Long Beach in Southern California; those are too far for people with special needs in Santa Monica and Venice to get to.
Balmoral Farms at 13181 Riviera Ranch Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90049, you can start a Therapeutic Horseback Riding Center if you are not using that Equestrian Facility for jumping lessons. All you need is a PATH International Certified Instructor, a mounting ramp, a three step mounting block, Dressage letters, saddles with grab straps (Dressage Saddles and All Purpose Saddles), Western Saddles, Stock Saddles, and some calm school horses including some gaited horses. It would expand Balmoral Farm more than just a Jumping Barn.

All you need is a PATH International Certified Instructor, a mounting ramp, a three step mounting block, Dressage letters, saddles with grab straps (Dressage Saddles and All Purpose Saddles), Western Saddles, Stock Saddles, a reduced membership fee or no membership fee for Therapeutic Horseback Riders, their instructors, volunteers, their family, and some calm school horses including some gaited horses. It would help keep horses in Sullivan Canyon, and it would allow the Westside Special Olympics another sport that they can do outside!
