Demand Sex Ed & Medical Services for Sexually Active Older Alduts

The Youth Services for Sexual Health Act of 2017, proposes that marginalized youth do not have access to proper sexual health education an medical services. While this may be true sexual health education and medical services should be offered and easily accessible to all people.
while researching I learned that there are an increasing number of sexually active older adults who are engaging regualryl in sexual activities and not always using protection.
I am proposing that this bill be changed to provide the same services to all people regardless of age or classification.
