House of Bullys™️ petition for residents with dogs who have been targeted by new management-

Mariners cove is under new management-
yet again and has been aggressivly taping news letters to residents(suspected to have dogs that managment deemed aggressive, recently) stating that we have a certain amount of time to either get rid of our beloved animals or vacate the homes we own. .
Some residents have been "grandfathered" in depending when tenants bought their homes and signed the contract with mariners cove, being well aware of the dogs that moved in with the families and had no problem as long as the owner(s) was responsible with their pets..

Last year mariners cove required insurance on the so called aggressive breed and when the residents complied, management went to their legal teams to figure out a new way to discriminate residents and their pets.

almost EVERY owner has admitted and or showed documention allowing the pets to live in the homes for the remainder of the animals life. They are trying to force the tenants to pay a 200 dollar pet fee ( per animal) and a 10.00( per animal) monthly lot fee... this petition is for all mariner cove residents who have been under fire with threats of legal action and or evicting all families in mariners cove...
we have a legal team on the matter and would love for any of the mariners cove residents that are going through the same issues to join us and stand up against mariners cove and fight for our right to keep our family pets.
We all need to band together as a community and stand against the so called "new conditions"..
Mariners cove(managment) has walked over our neighborhood using threats and bully tactics...

some of us have been here for 5+ years, and were told that we had nothing to worry about. So why are we getting threatened and now have even more issues to worry about?
We have stressful lives as is, and making a decision to get rid of our family pet, or leave our home should not be part of that. ..
