The lead NYC prosecutor for 21 years in Brooklyn, touts an undefeated record. Based on statistics alone, no prosecutor is right 100% of the time. She wrongfully accused John Giuca, then hid evidence that would have allowed him to win an appeal. This is the opposite id what a lawyer and prosecutor is obligated to do. This id a disgrace to our country and our justice system.
