Fire Concerns With Fireworks Sales In Northern California

After four years of drought, tinder-dry conditions have created dangerous fire conditions throughout California.Cal Fire has suggested that people consider going to a professional fireworks show instead of lighting "safe and sane" fireworks at home which are illegal in Vacaville city limits and many other city's in the state of California.Last year alone there were over 300 fires sparked by fireworks.Citizens complain of being "blown out of bed" at all hours of the night, having to sedate their pets with drugs due to the anxiety created by residents lighting off fireworks in their neighborhoods.

If the state of California is rationing h2o then we have NO right to sell items with a high proability of causing fires!

What rights do we have to a quiet, peaceful home environment? It's time to put a STOP to selling "safe and sane" fireworks in the State of California!
