American Health Care Accountability Act

For a very long time pharmaceutical companies have been allowed to compensate medical professionals for pushing their drugs on the American patient. They call their payments compensation for participation in trials. But, what they are really doing is compensating medical professionals for pushing drugs on patients. I would like to see medical professionals being included in trials or being asked to recommend drugs to patients through compensation made illegal. Doctors need to be held to the standard that they took an oath on. Their patient's best interest have been put second and in many cases last to their financial interests.
