Stop poisoning dogs in Ukraine on the streets

Some people buy poison and leave it on the streets to poison dogs.A lot of dogs( street dogs and family dogs) are suffering and dying after eateng of this poison. We need to add in legislation criminal responsibility for this cruel activity.
