Keep our beloved bus driver Carlos

Our children have had a safe & joyus 3 years riding their school bus with our current bus driver. He is now being removed from the bus route due to seniority. Carlos, knows our children, our children love & trust him! His driving is impeccable
We know him and trust him with our children. He shouldn't be removed because someone has more time working with the company.
