Petition for changes to the Bloomington climate action plan

We need actual changes to meet goals set, goals aren’t good enough. These changes would help those goals be met:


A ban on selling new gas cars.

Banning sale of gas lawnmowers and other gas powered lawn equipment

A ban on sale of gas stoves or fossil fuel powered heaters or water heaters.

Require all new buildings to not have gas stoves or fossil fuel powered heaters or water heaters, and to be powered by renewable energy.

Banning styrofoam takeout containers and cups.
