On 1st November 2015, a group of people in our community in Becontree, Dagenham, Essex, UK, illegally and forcefully occupied our beloved charity community premises and refused to leave. They made false and untrue allegations about the governing body who were the legal/official owners of the premises and decided to bring in their close friends and family through the back door to take the community donated funds for their own uses.
We have been fighting really hard to remove the trespassers as they are damaging the community relationships and taking away donation money for their own benefit. For the last 2 years, we have battled hard with the Charity Commission, Government Departments and our local MP 'Margaret Hodge' to truly understand the legal ground in our matters and now await for the High Court to provide us a court order to remove them from our premises.
I am campaigning for any current landlords, governing bodies or individuals who are subject to trespassers problems to be given direct support by the relevant authorities, Police and other governmental organisations to remove illegal people who are unlawfully occupying a property unlawfully and provide immediate support within 24 hours to issue a warrant to remove any individuals who do not have any legal ground to stay in a property.
