to get our mud bog rights back

So we have our right and privileged to host mud bogs on our own private properties! If wevpay property tax's way should we not be able to host the events! As long as they are not in city limits or harming others we should have the right to have them held as long as people agree to terms of the owners of the property or the hostest is not responsible for lost stolen nor damaged things!
