We the citizens of Key Peninsula are demanding that Law Enforcement drop the fees for false alarms w

There have been too many deaths in this community.  Security Systems should be a Government provision.  Since the government is not providing Security Systems , dropping  fees for "false alarms" would be the rational thing to do.   This is especially the case here since it is so rural  and being too far from Law Enforcement can  be a life and death issue.  I believe this would lead to a more secure community.
