No Kid Hungry for the Holidays

The holidays should be a time of wonder and joy for kids across America--yet this winter, too many children will spend the holiday season worrying where their next meal might come from.

No child should grow up hungry in America, and no child should have to fall asleep on an empty stomach. But 1 in 5 U.S. kids will face hunger this year, preventing them from reaching their full potential.

No Kid Hungry's goal is to end childhood hunger in America. Working together, we believe we can accomplish this by 2015. By giving of our time, our resources and our voices, we can make sure that every child in America gets the nutritious food he or she needs to learn, grow and thrive.

This holiday season, pledge to take a stand, spread the word and grow the movement of people saying no kid should go hungry for the holidays--or any time of year!
