We demand our article that is to be published, to be funded by the department of Biotechnology

All it takes is a few clicks.

Myself (Alex O'leary), Jonathan Luggens, and Andres Gomez, submitted an article to BioPublisher, a Canadian bio-science publisher. We have been approved for publication but need to pay a steep 500$ fee to get in.

As students, we think it's fair if the university pays for this, in return they get to say that several of their students were published in a major publication for their research on inhibition of microRNA-let-7a that increases the specific productivity of antibody-producing CHO cell lines.

We need 100 signatures before the school will even look at the petition. At 100, someone will decide if it's worth passing forward to the person being petitioned. If we get lucky and reach 1,000, it automatically gets to the person we're trying to reach.
