The Judicial System need to Change the way they decide whether are not how criminal records get expunge and sealed

As a American the Country was founded on change and on God laws.
As A American we should encourage and inspire each other Whenver change occurs. America should stand on the bible principals of Ephesians 2:15;4:22-24; Your old self/ new self and to lay down our old man and put on our new man meaning to live in righteousness and holiness.
Judicial Of Texas dont decide whether are not a case gets expunge or sealed do to humanitarian work.
Take my case for instance I was convicted of a drug possession and signed for 5 years but did 1 year and 1/2 on it and came straight out and started ministry.
I started ministry soon as I got out of incarceration since then I have a nonprofit organizations which is called God Light For The World Ministry Inc. Our organization street preach as well as organize neighborhood cleanups to bridge the community together in unity. Our ministry mission and goal is to build leaders threwout the communities while instilling and building in our communities team work, corporation and cleanliness. Later started a couple of movements called The Poor people's campaign where we help the homeless and also help influence A women movement called mothers against violence rally. Then I started a stop the drugs demonstration that was successful.
Then a stop the violence against our child movement and a prayer for the children movement where other organizations including mines get together and pray for our children.
The State Of Texas Harris County Courts told me they could not expunge or seal my records because I have been to prison.
I thought the whole expunging and sealing was to let someone start over new especially if they have proven change but nope that's not the case.
I feel that we are all humans in have fallen short of something in our lives but we all should be a title to change.
That's what we do as humans threwout life we make mistakes in grow and learn from our mistakes and we should be a nation that encourage growth.
Living in a State that gives out the message we don't encourage growth and we don't want to see you go to school to better yourself because the truth to the whole matter is that a person with a felony cant get a decent job or can't get into apartment and is hindered on a lot of things threwout our city because of some mistakes that have got corrected later down life.
