Demand end to going to jail for driving on any type of suspended or Dui or dwi suspended license and end a whole year suspension

It all started out with a three month suspension. I lived in the suburbs and I had no other way to get to work besides to drive well they would just run my plate and it would show up suspended I will get pulled over and that’s another whole year suspension I haven’t had a license for the last 25 years and I’m actually one of the better drivers on the road which my record won’t show that because I have a lot of driving on suspensions but if I didn’t drive to goes to work I would lose my house and I would be homeless I don’t have any family or anybody to help me I’m a single mom. Who is struggling as it is back in 2012 and 2011 I had to dui s back to back my daughter lives an hour away from me my job is an hour away for me I tried to do the Uber thing but I could not afford it I am barely able to make my rent and my car payments etc. I don’t take an Uber that cost it was $100 just one way to my job I can’t afford that they make it impossible to get your license back they don’t wanna give me my license back until 2030 and of course I can’t stop driving so I’m never gonna have a license to get it seems like and I’m constantly gonna get pulled over for a Dui Suspension evening my dear I was 12 years ago They said it will continue to say Dui suspended until I get my license back I lost my license at the age of like 25 I’ve had a license since I was 16 I just turned 41 September 23, 2022 I probably would be dead of old age before I get my license back I think this law is extremely unfair and if it’s a DUI suspended if you ever got a DUI in your life you go to jail for driving a car even if you were not intoxicated this law is extremely unfair and it’s all about money control and it’s ruining peoples lives I’m literally going to go sit in jail for three months again or longer because I drove a car and the sad part was that I drove my car five minutes up the road to go get batteries for my flashlights because unfortunately my electric was turned off in my house for 30 days and I was sitting in the dark with mice in my house that came into a flood that was previously at my house months before so I’m sitting in the dark by myself with a small puppy and my electric bills over $1000 I couldn’t get my lights back on and I went to get batteries right down the street it wasn’t even dark out yet and I got pulled over by an officer saying that my lights were off and my lights were off to me sitting in my car at night being scared sit in my dark house and now I’m looking at three months shell time and over thousand dollars in lawyers fee and again a chance of missing every single holiday because I drove a car I want to slide be called Kim’s law and I want to changed I feel like whoever made this law first off it doesn’t make sense because of one person that hit somebody or killed somebody why are we all suffering for that I don’t understand why it’s jail time I feel like whoever made this law should have to go through a year without a license and have nobody to help them and see how easy it is for them
