Indiana University: Score One for Clean Air!
- por: Sierra Club
- destinatário: Indiana University President Michael McRobbie
Hoosier basketball is a state tradition and the backbone of Indiana University athletics. In order to keep our teams strong, we need to keep our air clean.
The Sierra Club is proud to support the Hoosiers and the work of students fighting for clean air on campus and throughout Indiana! Students with Coal Free IU and Bloomington community members are working to transition Indiana University to a 100 percent clean energy campus and asking President McRobbie to retire IU's coal-fired power plant.
By becoming a coal-free campus, IU can lead the state to a clean energy future and ensure healthy air for future generations of Hoosier athletes.

Subject: Score One for Clean Air!
Dear [Decision Maker],
Hoosier basketball and athletics are something we are all proud of. Dirty air and a polluting power plant are something we can't afford. Coal pollution imperils the health of Hoosiers by causing asthma and other health problems. If we want IU to be the best, we need 100% clean energy for campus.
We need you as President to protect the health of students, community members and our athletes by transitioning the campus coal plant to clean energy. Let's continue the Hoosier legacy of greatness by leading the state and other schools in the Big 10 towards a clean energy future.
