Senator Mitch McConnell Mysteriously Hospitalized for Weeks. Staff Won't Disclose If He's Ever Returning to Office.

Senator Mitch McConnell, one of the most influential politicians in Washington, D.C., has been absent from work for nearly 1 full month. All we know is that the 84-year-old has been hospitalized since June 14 - but his aids refuse to say more. They haven't even said if he's conscious, or if he'll ever return to work. There has been no actual verifiable proof of life - no videos, no photos, nothing actually definitive to prove his current state.

This secrecy is especially upsetting considering the fact that McConnell is a public servant. He is being paid to represent the people of Kentucky as one of their two senators in Congress.

The public deserves to know what is going on - and, if it turns out that McConnell is unable to hold office, he should be replaced immediately. Sign the petition.

Despite the fact that McConnell's office refuses to reveal any details whatsoever - including why he's at the hospital, how long he's going to be there, what the treatment is, or what his physical and cognitive state is - we do have more information from other sources. Audio from a call to emergency responders on the morning of June 14, make it clear that a man at McConnell's address in Washington, D.C. had suffered a probable heart attack and was unconscious. He required emergency CPR. McConnell's staff refused to comment on the 911 audio.

This is not the first time McConnell has suffered serious health complications while in office. He suffered from at least four falls over the past several years, sometime in public, and one of which was serious enough to require hospitalization and rehabilitation. Then, earlier this year he was hospitalized for a week for 'flulike symptoms.' He has been seen with bruises on his body. And at multiple press conferences in 2023, he fully locked up in front of a podium and appeared unable to move, speak, or respond for approximately 30 seconds each time.

Conservative commentators Laura Loomer and independent journalist Desirée Townsend are now both claiming that their sources in the White House say McConnell is supposedly in a "vegetative state" and "brain dead and hooked up to machines," with staff conducting an alleged "cover-up." So far, there is no evidence yet to support these allegations.

The Governor of Kentucky, Andy Beshear, is requesting information from McConnell and his staff to gain clarity on his "ability to hold office" and his "ability to serve." In a letter, Beshear wrote: "As Governor, I request that you fully update Kentuckians regarding the current status of your health. As public officeholders, we have made a commitment to our constituents to do our best to represent them and to always be transparent."

Governor Beshear is right. As a representative of the people, Senator McConnell and his staff have a duty to keep the public informed. The people of Kentucky and the U.S. deserve to know, not to be kept completely in the dark. Sign the petition to demand immediate answers and a special election to fill McConnell's seat if he is deemed unable to hold office and serve!
