After years of innovation, clean, renewable energy like solar energy can power the grid more affordably than fossil fueled power plants. Solar power also creates more jobs, and reduces harmful pollution. Solar, wind and efficiency can power our grid, and will result in lower bills than fossil fuels, saving customers hundreds of millions of dollars.
DTE's gas plant proposal is not the best the company can do for its customers or for Michigan's future.
