As a New Jerseyan, I strongly urge you to sign into law the bill (A1998/S1322) reinstating New Jersey in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).
I call on you to act in the best interest of the people of New Jersey, not out-of-state polluters, and sign RGGI back into law.
