If someone had told me that i should not bring my lil girls to see a woman who claims to LOVE MY GIRLS because she will USE THEM AS A PAWN IN HER TWISTED ENVIOUS,DECEITFUL PLAN,to take my lil ones away from me, i would NOT be in this daily NIGHTMARE,that i am in right now,as i wish i can re-do ENTRUSTING THIS WOMAN WITH THE MOST PRECIOUS,BEAUTIFUL THINGS IN MY LIFE....

Since,my nightmare started,way back in 2003, time and time again i have been told since this nightmare has been so PAINFULLY inflicted on me {since july3rd,03} been told i will see my children again, u will get your lil girls back,Sha-'Kaarii, you are a good mom to them,you divorced a alcoholic,heroine,crack addict in 1998, you bought your OWN HOME,he has NEVER even attempted to as he has NEVER EVER done ANYTHING GOOD for you as his wife but,lie steal harm mentally your postive daily train of thought,and not loving your beautiful li' girls the way he should have the years you were married to him,holding your family together,with NO HELP from Kevin.

but even though all who daily continues to BELIEVE AND TELL ME THIS,THAT I WILL GET MY LIL BEAUTIES BACK HOME, i dont know if i will,but i am praying and i am hoping i will be able to with media,and this signed petition,be able to BRING MY LIL ONES HOME,az they were only ten and seven at the time my nightmare began,and i MUST NOT GIVE UP, I CANNOT GIVE UP AZ I CONTINUE MY FIGHT TO BRING THEM HOME WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN FOR ALMOST TEN AND A HALF HAPPY YEARS.......

So many ask me daily, did my child"die?" is this why they were taken co CRUELLY BY DYFS AND A BIAS JUDGE FROM MY POSSESSION IN 2003? THEY ALL WANNA KNOW"DID SOME TYPE OF TRAGEDY OCCUR SUCH AS A DEATH, AND I TELL THEM ALL WIT A SOMBER, TEARS FORMING WITHIN MY EYES,AS MY VOICE LOWERS,FROM PAIN INSTILLED IN MY LUNGS,I  FINALLY ANSWER:

NO,NOT A TRAGIC ACCIDENT,REGARDING DEATH or thru broken severe fractures,burns, but TRAGIC in the sense of TRUSTING a veri jealous,old bitter woman,my EX mother in law wit watchin my 2 lil' beauties,until their dad pik'd them up from her home,in plainfield,nj

This woman named CATHY,used my lil girls as a PAWN in her sick twisted game,for some sick jealous evil reason to get them away from the onli parent they really know,as i have been mom and dad to them for almost 11 yrs. This nothing of a woman, i had found out called DYFS,{NOT MY EX HUSBAND}but she called DYFS, and lied on me sayin i was abusing my daughter,then 10,and neglected her. She was able to get a bogus dr.report miles away from her home,the day AFTER  the fact when she never even took her to the LOCAL NEARBY ER ROOM,A FEW BLOCKS AWAY FROM HER HOME,but instead travels much further from her home,to let MY CHILD! be seen by her "own"private doctor facility she frequents since i've known her for years.......

Even thought the judge had ALL THIS INFO, he still did want to see what i seen and others, even EXPERTS who felt it was rather ODD,she will TRAVEL wit a so called injured lil girl at 10 and 7, miles away from her home,instead of taking them to be seen at a local er room, as SOON as i DROPPED THEM OFF AT HER RESIDENCE!!! SHE NEVER TOOK MY LIL GIRLS TO "HER PERSONAL MEDICAL FACILITY" until almost 24 hours later.....  there was alo a police report taken the SAME EXACT NITE! FROM A OFFICER DRISCOLL,of the plainfield police dept,in nj,who states and i quote:

this child is in NO NEED!!! OF ANY!MEDICAL ATTENTION! therefore,he sent my lil girl and her grandma back home.....*which proves i did not ABUSE MY CHILD AZ THIS WICKED EX MOTHER IN LAW OF MINE HAD STATED!" the judge ignored ALL OF IT,even though this should and would prove to a NON BIAS, EXPERIENCE JUDGE would have dismissed  my case and returnt my girls back to me where they belong!!!! instead judge william b. daniels in union county courthouse,has REFUSED TO CONSIDER me as a GOOD PARENT, has refused to see me as a mom who has cared for and loves my girls been mom and DAD to them for almost 11 yrs, he refuses to allow me access to them, even thru mail and fone calls but instead he SITS ON THAT BENCH IN ELIZABETH NEW JERSEY, AND CONTINUES TO "dishonor" his robe,by turning a predjudoice BLIND EYE TO A GOOD DECENT OVERLY CARING BEAUTIFUL[INSIDE&OUT] WOMAN LIKE ME..... i am so sick of my rights as an american,more so as a mother,good mother to be REPEATEDLY VIOLATED AS THEY ARE,& I NEED HELP IN GETTING  MY LIL GIRLS HOME WHERE THEY BELONG THIS FALL OF 05!!!!

i HOPE 2 reach MORE WOMEN who are suffering,

***PARENTS,OR CARETAKERS OF THESE CHILDREN WHO DYFS HAS VIOLATED IT'S CONSTITUTIONAL rights as they have mine..... ***EMAIL ME******ASAP***** in brief,,AT: CEEJAZZTEARZ@YAHOO.COM....

i think i have FOUND THE SOLUTION TO ALL OUR PROBLEMS WIT THESE BIAS,COURTS,AND THIS HORRID,CHILD CONFISCATING AGENCY CALLED DYFS! ALL WOMEN WHOSE INFO,AND MEN, ON THIS SITE,i would contact u DIRECTLY but u left NO EMAIL INFO,OR PHONE INFO.AT LEAST LEAV A EMAIL EVEN ON THIS PETITION SITE,U NEVER KNOW "WHO MAY REACH YOU!!!" WHO CAN ACTUALLY HELP!

AS I HOPE WE WILL NOW BE ABLE TO HELP Ourselves!!!

EMAIL ME SOON TO FIND OUT WHAT I HAVE PLANNED BESIDES A VALID SUCCESSFUL PROTEST AGAINST DYFS,& the courthouse who has been holding our children hostage,and precluding their own mother from seeing them,and from continuing to properly raise them,without interference from  these outside strangers,we call agencies like crooked,DYFS OF NEW JERSEY!  I ALSO AM FILING A LAWSUIT,AND OR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT,WITH YOUR HELP,WE CAN BE HEARD!!!!!also,i hav contacted and will have "MEDIA INVOLVEMENT" THIS FALL if all goes as planned, 05!
