Stop so-called "Pet Friendly" apartments from spraying grass with pesticides that harm pets

Dogs suffer from severe inflammation of the paws due to the toxic chemicals that are regularly sprayed on the grass at "Pet-Friendly" apartment complexes. Residents pay large deposits in addition to monthly "pet rent" to provide a safe home for their pets, but the irresponsible use of toxic pesticides endanger the health and wellbeing of pets and children alike.
