Do you have the Apple iPhone with AT&T wireless service? Are you "grandfathered" (or supposed to be) for the unlimited data plan provided to customers by AT&T first aquired the iPhone from Apple? you may want to check your bill. AT&T has officially crossed the line with many users by taking illegal actions against each and every one of its loyal customers, by now making AUTOMATIC changes to consumer's service contracts where they remove the original $30.00 a month plan containing "unlimited" data and replacing it with a $50.00 a month plan, giving customers 5GB to use for things like: mobile hotspots, "tethering" etc and then charging an additional $10.00 for each gigabyte which goes over 5GB. These types of changes are being done by the wireless carrier due to their fear of any one actual person taking advantage of their "unlimited data". Since this became an issue, AT&T has now hired teams of people specifically assigned to search out and find these customers throughout the network and then send text messages and emails as well as actual letters meant to intimidate the customer into buying a $50.00 a month plan and cease the use of apps like "MyWi", "PDA Net", "Tether Me", and others which allow iPhone users to use their data services on things like: computers, laptops, and other cellular devices which may not have an actual data service i.e. Apple iPods, iPads etc. AT&T finds this to be a problem due to the fact that they will no longer be able to charge users for every service possible. These actions performed by AT&T are illegal due to the fact that they are making unauthorized changes to their customers accounts without their consent or knowledge in an effort to collect more money. Now, AT&T's customers are fighting back by starting petitions to collect signatures as the start of a capital lawsuit now being filed against the wireless carrier worldwide.
