Fully Legalize Cannabis With Health And Safety Standards To Protect All Americans

The debate on cannabis is over and the majority of Americans are in favor of legalization. 

Brock Pierce supports S. 597, "The Marijuana Justice Act of 2019," which legalizes marijuana federally, reduces federal funds for states that refuse to legalize it, and directs federal courts to expunge convictions for marijuana use or possession. 

As President, he would sign an executive order barring all federal agencies, particularly the Department of Justice, from pursuing cases for crimes related to cannabis possession, use, or distribution. His administration would renegotiate international treaties to facility the future federal and global legalization of cannabis. Lastly, his administration would work to pass legislation through Congress to fully legalize cannabis with health and safety standards to protect all Americans.
