Second hand smoke from Marijuana and Incense from one tenant in Spring Creek Towers is being a health risk to many tenants

In Building 1255 Pennsylvania Ave, Brooklyn New York 11239 The Person Walter L Perine in Apt 4F uses Marijuana and Incense every day on and off throughour the day and during the night. He also has two woman living with him who also use marijuana and incense. The smell and smoke from both are seeping into the apartments around him causing ill effects on other tenants. Many of who have Asthma problems and Heart problems.
Spring Creeks Public Safety has been called in on the matter as well as the NYPD and both have tried to talk to Mr. Perine but he is obstinate and takes the attitude that he does not care about anyone's health. We have also complained to Management but nothing is being done.

We have to be like prisoners in our apartments with our windows shut tight and no air to breath and our vents taped shut. This is no way to live.and still somehow the smoke gets in

We want this man Walter L Perine removed from our building before someone gets very ill, dies or gets hurt because of his marijuana and incense habit.
