Demand that the monastary in Mar Chaaya Lebanon allow volunteers on its grounds to feed starving cat

A volunteer was feeding these poor starving cats that the monastary would only give old milk mixed with stale bread to. Today, she was asked to leave and not come back. Jesus says the smallest kindness you show to the smallest of my creations, you are showing to God. What right do these priests have to throw out volunteers whose only aim is to help poor starving cats? Is this the thanks christians get for being kind? What message are they sending to the population? Please help me let the cardinal know this issue is important to people and have the cardinal talk to the priests so that they allow volunteers access to the grounds. We dont want to go into the monastary. Just the gardens to feed the cats that they are leaving to starve.
