Get Katie's Rescue Shelter Investigated for animal cruelty!!!
This is a petition to get Katie's Rescue Shelter and all of it's aliases thorougly investigated after the owner was arrested Jan 12th, 2009 for animal cruelty and illegally transporting dogs from state to state. There has been news coverage discussing the speculation that Katie's Rescue Shelter is a puppy mill. Many people have bought animals from this 'shelter' only to have them die days later, usually from Parvo. Countless complaints have been made about the condition that these animals are being kept in.
Please contribute to our cause and help the animals who have died or suffered permanent health issues by getting this 'shelter' and its owners investigated!!!! Authorities will only investigate if there is a large public response. PLEASE HELP!!!
This petition is to bring awareness to pet owners and animal lovers about a Shelter in West Virginia that has been keeping their animals in very questionable conditions. Almost every animal that has been purchased from Katie's Rescue Shelter has died within days of purchase from Parvo or is suffering from lifeterm illnesses. Please help these animals! The people who have purchased animals from this 'shelter' are trying to get KRS investigated, but authorities will only do so if there is a large public response!!
