Create a PROPORTIONAL REPRESENTATION form of government.  Win $660,000.00

  • por: Freewill Bill
  • destinatário: Freewill Bill, the United States Congress and every State's Legislative body.
The goal of this contest is to Amend the Constitution in order to guarantee a
Third Party, Proportional Representation system of government.

Virtually every problem with our Nation can be traced to one major cause, a lack of Representation in our government.

In 1810 there was 142 Representatives, one for every 50,985 citizens.

In 1913 there was 435 Representatives, one for every 223,505 citizens.

In 2007 there is    435 Representatives, one for every 689,685 citizens.

In 1911 Congress passed public law 62-5 capping the number of Representatives at 435 contrary to the Constitution which states that: "Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State."

Article 1 Section 2 [3] & Amendment 14 Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States.

The single most effective and efficient way to solve our Nation's problems, to solve whatever problem that is FACING YOU, is to put people in government who represent our individual interests.

By voting for me you are voting to change the U.S. Constitution to create a proportional representation system of government.
