Keep Islandia Farms a Farm, Not condos!

There will be a public hearing on Tuesday, August 5th 2008 to discuss the zoning change of Islandia Farms from aggicultal to residental.  Islandia Famrs is a 10 acre horse farm located in the village of Islandia on Long Island, New York.  The zoning change would not only effect what is left of the undeveloped land on Long Island, but it would also cause appocimately 40 horses to become homeless and cause numerous employees to lose their jobs.
