petitie pentru infiintarea unui adapost de animale in bacau

I live in Romania, in Bacau. I have witnissed numerous cases of animal cruelty and severe neglect in my town, but to my disperation, there was not much to do. I have addopted three cats, four dogs and three rabbits and i can say that i saved them wrom an uncertain fate. One of my dogs, betty, was kept in a verry small kennel, bound with a huge chain,without any food and a green coloured bowl of water.Luckely for me, her owner agread selling her to me, and now we are unseparable.She was born again in my backyard and now she is the best friend a man could have. But there are many stray animals that need a roof over their head, a little bowl of food and verry much affection. Please help them find these things. I do not have many financiary means of aceaving my goul, so i come to you for support. I have to mention that in my country there is no animal police ar any laws that prevent and punish animal cruelty.
