Animal cruelty is illegal, but this judge says we can't control our lowest instincts...but we have to control our low instinct of killing, violating and robbing people, as it is illegal...so is animal cruelty in the US.
Justice Antonin Scalia said that the court needed to consider "the right of people who like cockfighting, who like dogfighting and who like bullfighting to present their side of the debate." When considering free speech, Scalia said that "it's not up to the government to decide what are people's worst instincts," and as opponents of animal fighting may be more inclined to express their views than supporters, that "side of the debate is entitled to make its point as forcefully as possible." In essence, Scalia thinks the right of people to watch animals fight might be just as, if not more important, than the animals' desire not to fight.
We, the undersigned ask of you the demotion of Judge Scalia:
A member of the US Supreme Court, Antonin Scalia is in favor of illegal activities of Animal Cruelty. He should not hold such position of power of decision as he is promoting illegal activities that embarrass the decent US Citizens.
Please demote this person and do not give him any position of power where he can propmote his illegal low basic instincts.
